Though people of the world is suffering from some thing even they are too conscious about the health. There are  many dangerous  disease are life threatening,  include HIV Aid , Cancer etc.

Among the many disease obesity is becoming one of the problematic a kind of a disease gradually  all over the world. It is an over fat in your body that is really not necessary to your body causes overweight. 
Usually it happen when you consume over food with out burning you calories and energy or with out work. It is not necessarily only having food but there are other reason as well behind the obesity. Such as  Less sleep, imbalance of hormonal, Having too much of junk food, consuming the alcohol in large quantity regularly , use of drugs, lack of physical exercise, stress, depression etc. 
Obesity is not merely a disease but that create  other disease  or problem our body.  such as difficulty in breathing, tiredness, sleeping problem, snoring, high cholesterol, blood pressure, and  heart disease. So we have a tips to reduce the obesity with the excellent home remedies.

Green Tea: Green Tea  contain antioxidant that help to burn the rigid fats. Having this regular at least 4 times in a day have the real benefit on obesity.
Bottle gourd: It is rich in fiber having Zero fats. so Consuming its juice could help to reduce your fat.
Lemon with Honey: Lemon itself is sufficient to reduce the fat from the body if you have regularly but if you mixed it with honey  and black paper works  wonderful to control you body weight.
Fennel Seeds: It is best remedies for losing weight. Drink its tea before 15 to 20 minutes having meal reduce your appetite and help to loss weight. Or you can make the seeds juice with mixing some honey on it as well.
Carrot: Drink a cup of carrot juice, will give you amazing result on losing overweight.It can be use as salad regularly as well.

Yoga: Yoga is an excellent method to reduce your weight. It not only reduce your weight rather make free from other many problem in your body.
